Holder of a degree in Private law and a Higher diploma of Professional Studies in Human Resources, Mr. Joseph BASSAGAL justifies 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. He started his career as HR Consultant and as such he will participate in recruitment missions and HR consulting for multinationals and SMEs. In the interest of permanent development, he will change the firm he was working fo in order to broaden his skills in the HR field. It is then that, in addition to the aforementioned missions, he will deal with the provision of temporary staff and training. . After 7 years as a consultant, he decides to enter the corporate world. He starts with Orange Cameroun as Human Resources Manager in charge of recruitment and after is recruited by Guinness Cameroon as Human Resources Solutions Manager in charge of human resources administration. He received the distinction of best HR employee in this last position he held for 22 months. He was then promoted West Africa Reward Manager for DIAGEO / GUINNESS in charge of performance and compensation management for Nigeria, Ghana and Cameroon. In this position he is the winner of the "Brilliant Execution Individual Award" of HR throughout the DIAGEO Group. . After 3 years in this position, he is recruited by the Société Anonyme des Brasseries du Cameroun as HRD SABC & Subsidiaries. He held this position for 2 years and half before being recalled by GUINNESS CAMEROON to fill the position of HRD and 3 months later he became a member of the board of directors.
After 4 and a half years in this role, he decided to reorient his career by creating two structures that will support organizations in the field of human resources management

Since 2016, he is an associate Lecturer in the field of human resources management at IUT of Douala, ESCM PIGIER and ENSET of Douala.
