Human Resources Audit
A human resources audit consists of analyzing the HR procedures and practices of a structure in order to identify the "good practices" already in place, to warn about the practices likely to produce undesirable effects on the organization and, where appropriate, to recommend corrective actions (implementation of HR tools, training or sensitization actions of the actors concerned.).
The process requires:
Specify the HR procedures of the structure concerned based on a document analysis (HR tools, internal communication or reporting documents, etc.)
Confront these procedures with existing practices, observing the functioning of HR services in concrete situations and questioning the actors concerned;
Evaluate HR risks and propose corrective actions
